Andrew & Jordan's Magical Fall Wedding at The Wilds

In early fall of October 2020, our featured couple, Andrew & Jordan were married at The Wilds Venue, a luxury farmland wedding venue located just outside Bloomington, IN. It was a beautiful fall day, full of colorful leaves, slightly sunny skies, and the feeling of romance coursing through the air. Indianapolis based photographer Cat Satre was onsite to capture the beauty of it all, and she was kind enough to share her work with us, for which we are incredibly grateful. Their wedding was a minimalists dream, with lively greenery pieces scattered throughout for the perfect amount of color. It was truly one of our all time favorite fall weddings, and we are so excited to share it. You will fall in love as you scroll along with the photos from that day, reliving the beauty of it all.







Jordan had a first look with her father prior to having one with Andrew, and the photos are too precious for words! The happiness is clearly visible on his face, and when he hugs her, we can feel the emotion emanating from these photos. The two of them had a few quiet moments together to take it all in and share the experience. Moments like these are irreplaceable, and will be remembered for a lifetime. After her time with her father, Jordan & Andrew shared their first look. We can only imagine how nervous he was to see her, and you can see how much he loves his bride when he turns around. She looked incredible, and the large smiles they're both wearing demonstrate just how happy they are to be with one another.









After their first look, the couple took photos outside in the open spaces of their wedding venue, and the colors of fall made for the best setting. The bright reds, oranges, and yellow leaves among the trees that had yet to turn were simply breathtaking. We always love couple's photo session- you get a small glimpse into the love and affection they have for one another. They took a variety of portraits, sneaking in kisses and exchanging romantic glances throughout. We think that they make such a beautiful couple in every single one of these photos, we just had to share our favorite ones! Jordan looks like a princess in her long lace gown, designed with floral detailing and plunging scalloped neckline. Her hair and makeup were elegantly crafted, with a low chignon bun and her veil draped behind her. She held a gorgeous succulent and white rose bouquet, keeping it simple, but with the right amount of color. Andrew looks equally as handsome, wearing a light grey tux, green bowtie, and a white rose pinned to his chest. He kept his look neat, his face freshly shaved and his hair perfectly in place. The below photos are the ones we're completely obsessed with- they were just too beautiful not to share!









With the fall sunlight radiating through the outdoor venue, the couple exchanged their wedding vows. Large wooden pillars were draped with white linens, and were tied in place with greenery garlands to match the bride's bouquet. Members of their bridal party stood on either side while they were read their vows, holding hands and looking into each other's eyes. There was plenty of happy energy to go around, as everyone can be seen smiling and fighting back tears. Once announced as husband and wife, the couple shared a passionate kiss while family and friends cheered. They posed for a few more photos after, with one of our favorites being them with their bridal party- they all look so amazing in these color combos! The bridesmaids donned light green gowns with leafy green and white floral bouquets that matched Jordan's, all perfectly dressed. Not to be forgotten are the groomsmen who kept it simple, but stylish in light colored slacks, white button down shirts, and matching green bowties. If you ask us, they make an absolutely beautiful bridal party.









Dinner, dancing and cocktails were hosted after for their wedding reception, as family and friends congregated to continue the celebration. Wooden tables were decorated with garlands of greenery, white candles, and elegant place settings. They raised their glasses to toasts, and thanked everyone for being there on their special day. There was the cutting of their beautiful cake, a two tier all white dessert, complete with decorative leaves that looked just too pretty to touch! Sharing their first dance and husband and wife, the newlyweds were celebrated as guests looked on. With the day winding down, and the lights down low, it was the perfect way to cement their new status as husband and wife.











We've never seen a twist on this cute sparkler trend, but we are here for it! Underneath the twinkle lights, Andrew & Jordan held their own sparklers and shared several kisses, making their own sparks fly. It was a magical ending to their wedding day, as they celebrated becoming husband and wife. Being such a small part of their wedding was an honor, and we wish the happy couple nothing but the best.

Andrew & Jordan chose this wedding invitation to match the style and colors of their wedding day. This wedding invitation suite design features a modern minimalist style with elegant script fonts, as well as additional modern serif fonts to tie it all together. Watercolor greenery drawings decorate the stationery, giving it a pretty look. This invitation measures in at 5x7" with all of the wording completely editable. Part of an invitation suite set, there are two other pieces of stationery that are not pictured- a details card and an RSVP card, both sized at 5.5x4". The couple also chose to use a sage green colored envelope that is not included with this set, but are available as one of our many different envelope options that can be purchased here .












ADELLA Wedding Program


As guests arrived for the ceremony, they were presented with these individual wedding programs. Our ADELLA collection programs are completely customizable, so you can edit anything needed to make them fit your event needs. To welcome guests as they made their way into the venue, the couple chose this custom wedding sign, and kept it steady with a metal stand. This template is offered in sizes of 18x24", 24x36"(shown below), or 36x48" giving you options for how large you want it to be. We recommend printing larger signs on foam boards for a sturdier piece so you won't have to worry about it bending.
