Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our items are customized specifically for your event, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes invitations, signage, and any items that have been personalized with names, dates, or event details.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can review the situation and assist you.

Proofing & Personalization
For items that include a proofing process, it is the customer's responsibility to carefully review the proof before approval. Once a proof has been approved and the item has been printed, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for errors that were present in the approved proof.
If a mistake occurs on our end, we will gladly correct the issue and send a replacement.
Non-Customized Item Returns
Non-customized items may be returned if they are postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in new condition
- Items must include all original packaging
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were received
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos of:
- The item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
This allows us to quickly review the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
