Personalization & Printing Policy
At Unmeasured Events, many of our pieces are thoughtfully personalized and printed specifically for your celebration. Because each order is created uniquely for you, we kindly ask that you review the following guidelines before placing your order.
Our goal is to ensure your invitations and event stationery arrive beautifully printed and ready for your special occasion.
Personalization Details
Please carefully review all personalization details submitted with your order, including names, dates, times, addresses, and event information.
Unmeasured Events is not responsible for errors in personalization details that are submitted incorrectly. We recommend reviewing all information carefully before placing your order to ensure everything appears exactly as intended.
Proof Approval
For items that include a proofing process, a digital proof will be sent for your review prior to printing.
We encourage customers to carefully review the proof for accuracy, including spelling, punctuation, dates, and event details. Once a proof has been approved and the order moves into production, changes can no longer be made and refunds or replacements cannot be issued for errors present in the approved proof.
If an error occurs on our end, we will of course correct the issue and send a replacement.
Design & Layout Adjustments
To ensure the most beautiful final result, minor adjustments to spacing, font sizing, or text placement may occasionally be made during the personalization process. These adjustments allow your event details to fit gracefully within the design while maintaining the overall aesthetic of the collection.
Color Variations
Please note that colors may appear slightly different in print than they do on screen due to variations in monitor settings and printing processes.
Minor color variations between digital proofs and the final printed product are normal and are not considered defects.
Production Timeline
Most printed items are produced within 2–5 business days, although production times may vary slightly during busy seasons.
Production begins once all required information has been received and any necessary proofs have been approved.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping time is separate from production time. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after printing, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Unmeasured Events is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our control.
Planning for Your Event
We recommend placing orders well in advance of your event date to allow adequate time for proof approval, printing, and shipping.
Customers are responsible for ordering with sufficient time to ensure their items arrive before their event.
