Processing & Production Times
Most orders are personalized and handmade specifically for you.
Current production times are typically:
- Personalized stationery & paper goods: 2–4 business days
- Larger or specialty orders: 3–7 business days
Production times may vary slightly during holidays, peak wedding seasons, or high-volume periods.
Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been completed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if selected at checkout): 1–3 business days
International Orders
At this time, we are unable to ship internationally.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will automatically be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Rush Orders
Some items may offer rush processing or expedited shipping options at checkout.
If you need your order by a specific date, please feel free to contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Shipping Delays
While we always strive to meet estimated delivery dates, delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control and are not guaranteed.

PO Boxes
Please note that we are unable to deliver large signage orders to PO Boxes. A physical street address is required for oversized sign shipments.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.
Unmeasured Events is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before the order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery so we can assist you.
