Bohemian Dream- Sepia Chapel Styled Shoot
There is something special about a styled shoot- it brings a collection of collaborators together to showcase their work, and make something beautiful. We feel extremely grateful to have been able to participate, even if our part was small. This styled shoot took place at The Sepia Chapel, an historic church turned wedding venue near Green Bay, Wisconsin, that offered a minimalist and breathtaking space. Photographer Savannah Steiger was the one to capture all the beauty of this shoot, and she did a phenomenal job. Before you keep scrolling, we want to start off with the photos of our model below in her beaded white wedding gown while she poses for the camera. Centered between two large floral and branch pieces with a geometric diamond alter, she simply stuns. Everything from the floral arrangements to her rainbow shaped earrings are wonderful. The rest of this shoot was a dream- you'll see what we mean as you follow along.
We are swooning over this geometric boho alter! Sharp angles surrounded by pampas grass, cotton tail, and dried branches created a moody backdrop that we can't get enough of. It's got a rustic feel that works incredibly well inside the chapel, and with a glass walkway aisle, it looks even more beautiful. Decorated with a bohemian floral motif, it was the standout piece from the shoot. We love how it's structured- it makes a fun shape and is incredibly eye catching. It was also a great place to hang our models beaded and sparkly wedding gown for showing it off and keeping it preserved.
Our model switched outfits, moving from her white bridal gown to a backless white wedding jumpsuit, and she still looked beyond incredible. The high neckline and no back style is chic, romantic, and feminine. Her accessories were the perfect touch- soft sheer and pearl gloves, crystal earrings, and baby pink stilettos just to name a few. Her hair and makeup are soft and elegant, making her glow. She also had not one, but two boho bridal bouquets! Both were arranged with different varieties of pampas grass, dried plants, and leaves for their own unique look. We are obsessed with how gorgeous these photos are- every single part of this design was curated to create a dramatic style we just can't get enough of.
It's all the small things that pull a look together, creating this unique design and style. The photo below is the perfect example of how when everything is combined well, it turns out amazing. Tendrils of pink and sage green ribbon wrapped around the florals was elegant, and made for wonderful additions. In the reception table up top, an all white linen tablecloth was used for a minimalist look, topped with amber glass candle holders, and cotton tail arrangements. The bohemian inspired floral pieces were moved from the alter to the tablescape, making it a dramatic and gorgeous background. It's seeing every tiny detail work together so well that truly makes a styled shoot a creative masterpiece.
The style, the energy, the decor- everything about this styled shoot was perfection. Being asked to collaborate on projects such as this one is always a delight, and it makes sharing what we love to do even easier. We loved being even just a tiny part of this, and we are always so grateful to be able to feature our work. A big thanks to all of the other amazing vendors and all of the hard work they put in. Seeing it all come together was magical, and it will never be unappreciated.
