Brian & Jen's Dreamy Boho Joshua Tree Wedding
Joshua Tree National Park in California is a magnificent almost magical desert landscape located in the Mojave desert. Rock formations, cacti, and spindly Joshua tree's make up the areas landscape, creating a backdrop that is simply unlike any other. It is also the location for our featured couple this week, Jen & Brian, who celebrated and said their "I Do's" in this fairytale desert setting. Photographer duo Nina & Dom, known professionally as Apartment 3 Photography, were on site to collect all of the beautiful images of their special day. Everything about their wedding was flawless, and unbelievably gorgeous. Follow along as we show you one of our favorite bohemian styled weddings we've ever seen. Jen & Brian chose to have a first look pre-ceremony, and it looked beautiful. She was so gorgeous as she glides towards her soon to be husband in her bohemian style wedding gown, with her long flowing white train behind her. The sun creates a halo around here white blond hair, and she was nothing short of magnetic. We can imagine her groom's heart was beating nervously as he anticipated her arrival, and the smile on his face when he first sees her says it all. The groom looks equally as handsome with his white shirt and slacks, and completed his look with a black wide brimmed hat, making it the perfect touch. There were smiles and smooches, along with some peaceful and quiet moments between the two as they took the time to be alone and soak in the big day.
The colors that the couple used throughout their wedding are some of the best we've ever seen. Rustic shades of browns and oranges mixed with classic white and black created their pretty desert palette. The bridesmaids stunned in their burnt orange gowns, with the groomsmen staying classic in white shirts and khakis. The men added tan suspenders and floral boutonnières to match the women and we think they look handsome. We love the unique dried floral bouquets that the bride chose, making them a great choice for a desert affair. All of the little details at Jen & Brian's wedding were done to perfection, and everything was curated to create the bohemian wedding of our (and their) dreams.
With picturesque views of Joshua Tree in the background, Jen & Brian vowed their undying loving for each other. Family and friends looked on, and members of their bridal party stood on either side as their ceremony took place. Looking at one another lovingly, they held hands and listened eagerly as the officiant performed the wedding ceremony. As soon as they were announced husband and wife, they kissed, with sounds of congratulations echoing in the background. The couple walked down the aisle after their ceremony as onlookers continued to cheer, and as the sign says, the were welcomed into their happy ever after.
Our absolute favorite part of their wedding day photos, are their couple shots. We seriously wanted to include every single one and we couldn't get enough. Both of them are so stunning, as well as incredibly photogenic, that we're sure they must have been a dream to photograph. As we see them pose for the camera, there's something so romantic about their energy, and it pulls us in. Dancing through the desert, embracing through the rock sculptures, kissing as the sunlight cascades them. Every single one of these photos is breathtaking. Words don't do these two justice, so we'll let their beauty do the talking. We hope you love this part just as much as we did.
With the sun beginning to set, the night continued on with an outdoor wedding reception. Views of the desert, and a golden hour glow gave their night a dreamy and almost mystical look. The couple sat in white wicker chairs at the head table with a cute "Mr. & Mrs." sign directly at the front. Both look absolutely incredible as they walk hand in hand to their wedding reception, with guests celebrating their entrance. The night flowed with drinks, dinner, and a silent disco, creating a night those in attendance wouldn't soon forget. There were so many decorations that we loved from their day, with one of our favorite being the bohemian inspired cake topper. The pampas grass, palm leaves, and delicate bunny tails added a cute but hippy feel to the cake, and it matched perfectly with other details from the day.
Jen & Brian rode off, literally, on a motorcycle in their matching boho wedding outfits into the night as husband and wife. We can only imagine how incredible their wedding was, and we can see and feel the love from these two in all of their photos. We want to extend a congratulations to the newlyweds and we wish them nothing but the best. Cheers to your new life as a married couple- sending nothing but positive vibes your way.

Jen & Brian invited their guests to their wedding using this Joshua Tree themed invitation stationery template. This design features a watercolor Joshua tree, cactus, desert drawing, and modern serif fonts. It made for the perfect wedding stationery that matched the venue and setting for their dreamy desert wedding. This invitation measures in at 5x7" with all of the wording completely editable for your event needs. It features the same watercolor Joshua Tree as the invitation, as well as the modern serif fonts to give it a pretty look. It looks amazing as the desert and golden hour sunlight glow in the background.

Used for their reception and cocktail hour, the couple chose this cute "drunk in love" bar menu sign. This DIY printable wedding drink menu sign features a handwritten font and a modern minimalist design. Everything on this template is 100% editable, allowing for your complete customization. This boho wedding out in Joshua Tree was an absolute dream to be a small part of, and we feel so lucky to witness these photos.
