Kourtney & Shane's Stunning Curtis Hall & Arboretum Wedding

This week, we're highlighting the wedding of Kourtney & Shane, a stunning late spring event that took place in a suburb of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania at the Curtis Hall & Arboretum. Their venue was a historical landmark wedding site with 45 acres of landscaped greenery designed by the same architect of New York's Central Park, creating a space that was picture perfect. Photographed by Matt Genders, their May wedding was one to remember. Everything about their special day was incredible, and it is one of the prettiest summer weddings you could witness. Detailed elegance, romantic setting, and soft colors created this gorgeous affair, with this beautiful couple at the forefront. Their wedding is something to behold, and you just have to see it for yourself. You'll be inspired as you follow along with the beauty and glamour of their big day.





Their first look was so sweet! The look on Shane's face and his reaction to seeing his new bride had us tearing up when we first saw these photos. It's the look of pure happiness, and he is completely in awe of how beautiful Kourtney looked. And who can blame him? She is simply stunning in her wedding gown, her smile electric and her presence flawless. The emotion and love being expressed is irreplaceable- that feeling of seeing your forever spouse on your wedding day. Sharing kisses and a few intimate embraces, these several beautiful moments allowed the couple to spend precious time alone before their ceremony. There were a handful of family members looking on, witnessing this magic before them, and they look just as in awe as Shane. Their first look is one of the sweetest we've ever seen, and being privy to seeing it makes us feel grateful.







Standing underneath an open wood and floral pieced awning, with the sun shining down, they exchanged their wedding vows. The couple held hands while their ceremony was presented, occasionally sharing private smiles and glances. The bride and groom separately read their own personal vows to one another, expressing their love for everyone to see. As Shane placed the ring on her finger, the sheer excitement on Kourtney's face iwas just joyous. Embracing in a passionate kiss, they were pronounced husband and wife, to the sound of cheering and clapping in the background. Although we weren't present, we can imagine that there wasn't a dry eye in sight for these two lovebirds.









After their ceremony, the couple took family and bridal party portraits. We can't get enough of their wedding day colors, and love how beautiful everyone looks. Kourtney's bridesmaids all wore gowns in various shades of light pink, complete with white floral bouquets similar to the bride. She had a groomsmen present on her side as well, and he handsomely matched in the same teal toned blue suit as Shane's groomsmen, only with his tie a pastel shade of pink. Our bride and groom then took their own photographs, and all we can say is "wow"! The bride wore a long gown with a beaded bodice and plunging neckline, complete with a pretty tulle veil pinned back to her blonde hair, looking absolutely radiant. Shane made a handsome groom in his teal blue suit, complete with all white accents and a matching lapel pin. His contagious smile completed his wedding day look, never leaving his face. While the sun began to set, it created magic hour lighting, a soft golden glow that spilled into their photos, making them all the more romantic. Words simply can't do these photographs justice, and we hope you'll love these photos of them as much as we do.









This reception decor is what minimalist dreams are made of. All white settings, with pastel pink linens, and gold settings are beyond beautiful, and have the look and feel of stepping right into a fairytale. Their white and pink florals decorated the tables, creating elegant centerpieces. The entire reception was adorned in the same color palette, all the way down to their wedding day cake. Kourtney & Shane look happy as they playfully cut the three tiered white and pink masterpiece, an all delicious dream sprinkled with pink florals. Family and friends celebrated with the couple, for a night filled with dinner, dancing and plenty of memorable moments. We love the below photo of the happy couple posing at their head dinner table, raising their glasses in a toast and smiling warmly for the camera. They make such a beautiful bride and groom.











The newlyweds ended their evening dancing and celebrating as family and friends looked on in adoration. Their first dance as husband and wife looks incredibly romantic, and it puts a smile on our faces. The way these two look at each other is the definition of true romance, with nothing but love in their eyes. We wish nothing but the best for them- cheers to the happy couple!
