For items that include a proofing process, a digital proof will be sent for your review prior to printing.

We encourage customers to carefully review the proof for accuracy, including spelling, punctuation, dates, and event details. Once a proof has been approved and the order moves into production, changes can no longer be made and refunds or replacements cannot be issued for errors present in the approved proof.

Most orders are personalized and handmade specifically for you.

• Personalized stationery & paper goods: 2–4 business days
• Larger or specialty orders: 3–7 business days

Production times may vary slightly during holidays, peak wedding seasons, or high-volume periods.

PO Boxes

Please note that we are unable to deliver large signage orders to PO Boxes. A physical street address is required for oversized sign shipments.
